ABOUT EHF

Erwin H. Flach, an architect, is the person behind EHF. He has planned and executed multiple architectural and landscaping projects in Germany and France over the last 50 years. This interior design project is the essence of his architectural work.
Steadily reducing the general design aspect, while playing with shapes and colors, integrating innovative materials and production technologies.

How did it all start? It began with a piece of paper and long processes of thinking and folding. A sort of design origami. How can a unique piece of furniture be folded out of one sheet?

A challenge became a concept, a concept a project, a project a product.

Folded furniture: Our product range goes from chairs and benches, to cupboards and shelves, as well as tables. Most of them are based on the folding technique. All of our products are “Made in Germany”, using highest quality materials and state of the art production technologies.

All products combine clear design, transparency, modularity and innovation. Never forgetting the playful source of it all.
